- Eligibility:
- The Devin Cranford T-Shirt Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to all legal residents of The United States of America, aged 18 years and above, except employees of Devin Cranford and their immediate family members.
- By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions made by Devin Cranford, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
- Giveaway Period:
- The Giveaway begins on April 19, 2024, at 7:45 AM Central Daylight Time and ends on May 1, 2024, at 9:00 PM Central Daylight Time.
- How to Enter:
- To enter the Giveaway, participants must provide their name, email, phone number, and t-shirt size.
- Each participant may submit only one entry. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
- Prize:
- The prize for the Giveaway is one Lava Graphic T-Shirt of a certain size to the participant size specifications provided in the entry form.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other merchandise.
- Devin Cranford reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of similar value at any time without prior notice.
- Winner Selection:
- The winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
- The winner(s) will be notified via email and/or text messaging to provide information on the entry form within three days after the Giveaway ends.
- If the winner(s) does not respond within one day (24 Hours) of the notification, Devin Cranford reserves the right to select an alternate winner(s).
- Publicity Release:
- By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to allow Devin Cranford to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
- Privacy:
- Any personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- General Conditions:
- Devin Cranford reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The United States of America. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sedgwick County, Kansas.
- Agreement to Official Rules:
- Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and Devin Cranford’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
